About Us

M/s Darak & Associates is a Company Secretaries Firm, established in February, 2019 by its Proprietor Mr. Abhishek Darak aged 24 years. He qualified in the year 2017 and has post qualification experience of 1.9 years and overall experience of 4 years. He is Commerce Graduate from Osmania University since the year 2015 and presently pursuing LLB 2nd year from Osmania University.

He has undergone his Apprenticeship Trainee as mandated by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) from June, 2015 to December, 2016 with M/s RVR & Associates, Company Secretaries Firm head by its proprietor Mr. Rajavolu Venkata Ramana, Chairman for ICSI Hyderabad Chapter for the year 2017.

He then worked as Secretarial Executive from January, 2017 to October, 2017 with M/s P S Rao & Co., Company Secretaries Firm head by its proprietor Mr. Ponugoti Satheesh Rao.

Thereafter, he joined Karvy Group, Hyderabad a Stock Broking and RTA giant in the country and worked with them for about 1.3 years as Assistant Manager in secretarial department.

M/s Darak & Associates is associated with other professionals such as Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Advocates, Actuaries etc. and advise them on various Corporate Law, IPR and Labour Law matters.

Mr. Abhishek Darak is a registered GST Practitioner and also a Trademark Agent.

He is member of Hyderabad Management Association since 2017. He is also member of Rajasthani Graduates Association and The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry since 2019. He participated as volunteer for various seminars and events organized by ICSI Hyderabad Chapter. He further contributes articles on various topics published in ICSI’s Chartered Secretary and other publications.
