PROMOTER

Mr. Abhishek Darak is a Practicing Company Secretary and heads M/s Darak & Associates. He carries with him an overall experience of 10 years in company secretary field. He is Law and Commerce Graduate from Osmania University. He has also completed Masters in Law from Osmania University.
He is a visiting faculty to many degree and post degree colleges in providing CS career awareness orientation to the students on behalf of ICSI, Hyderabad Chapter.
He also acts as general observer during examinations conducted by ICSI for its students. He further imparts training to CS aspirant students by providing lecturers at EDP and CLDP sessions.
He has been delivering knowledge on various subject matters under Companies Act, 2013 before various branches of ICAI across the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
He also visits various graduation and post graduation colleges to impart training to faculties for their skills development.
He works closely with professionals like Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Advocates and advise them on various Company Law, Security Law, Intellectual Property Law, Foreign Exchange Law, Labour Law and other Laws.
